House Painter or Author? If someone were to ask me what I do for a living what would I say. Well, I am a house painter by trade. But as time goes
by and a company grows, you become many things. At first KC Paint Company was strictly residential repaint. Then as we grew,
we began doing Commercial painting. We only used to stay in Cumming, Ga. As our reputation grew we began branching out and
now have a location in Alpharetta. My job title has changed as well. I started out painting with the guys on every job. Then
as the company changed my role had to also. As of late though, how companies do business and how they increase their exposure
has changed. The Internet is how many people are finding potential contractors. Getting "found" on the Internet
is no game. It can be a complicated and expensive avenue of advertising. One helpful tool is a "blog". As I recently
learned at "PACE", getting articles published is another way. So, I have given it a try. Check out my article: http://ezinearticles.com/?4-Things-You-Need-to-Know-BEFORE-You-Hire-a-Paint-Contractor&id=2062540.

PACE 2009KC Paint Company was well represented at the Painting and Coatings Expo, the Painting And Decorating Contractors of Ameriaca's
(PDCA) annual convention, in New Orleans this month. PACE is much more than a trade show. It provides painting contractors
with industry specific education in both business and technical topics. The workshops we attended really gave us a boost and
helped us to see areas that we can improve on to help keep our company strong in a weak economy. After the expo, held from
Feb 15-18, we came away with a renewed commitment to the PDCA's code of ethics. Attendees: Ken Palazzo - president Kevin Palazzo-
operation's manager
Kyle Palazzo- future master painter We look forward to showing you, our customer, our
continued commitment to quality and excellence!!
